Deck overview

Commander Splinter, Radical Rat is an Esper Ninja combat-trigger deck that wins by turning small unblockable attacks into outsized card advantage and life loss. The commander doubles every Ninja triggered ability and spends {1}{U} to make any Ninja unblockable. The primary plan is to chain cheap ninjutsu and Sneak creatures into attackers, then use Splinter to multiply draw, drain, reanimation, and half-life triggers. Secondary paths include Shredder, Shadow Master's table-wide token attack and repeated half-life loss, plus Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow as a hidden commander for all-opponent pressure. Wins come from combat damage and life-loss triggers, not infinite mana; there is no infinite combo in the list.
