Deck overview

This Golgari cEDH deck pairs blistering mana acceleration with a compact two-card win condition and disruptive creature stax. The primary game plan accelerates into an early Witherbloom Apprentice and Chain of Smog combination, creating infinite Magecraft triggers to drain all three opponents to zero life in a single turn. Dense fast mana and premier one-mana dorks enable rapid deployment on Turns 2–3, while an extensive tutor suite guarantees consistent access to both combo pieces. If opponents attempt to race or interact, the deck deploys disruptive stax pieces like Collector Ouphe, Opposition Agent, and Dauthi Voidwalker to stifle opposing strategies. Robust protection spells such as Veil of Summer and Allosaurus Shepherd shield the winning turn against countermagic and removal. Alternate win lines through Hoarding Broodlord and Razaketh, the Foulblooded provide seamless redundancy against disruption, ensuring high resilience across competitive pods.
