Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Orzhov midrange-combo list engineered around fast mana, potent aristocrat loops, and stax disruption. While Teysa Karlov sits in the command zone as a death-trigger doubler and combat buffer, the primary win condition operates independently through infinite sacrifice loops—most notably Warren Soultrader combined with Gravecrawler and a drain piece like Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat, as well as the 2-card Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank combo. An elite fast mana suite accelerates assembly to Turn 3, while universal black tutors ensure access to missing combo pieces. To protect its game-ending turns, the list employs a dense Silence package (Grand Abolisher, Ranger-Captain of Eos, Silence, Orim's Chant) that shuts down interaction on critical turns. Disruptive stax creatures such as Drannith Magistrate, Opposition Agent, and Dauthi Voidwalker slow down opposing strategies, allowing the deck to sculpt a win window with minimal resistance.
