Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking heads a Sultai Elf graveyard-value deck that mills Elves to turn the graveyard into a toolbox. Thranduil copies all activated abilities of Elf cards in the graveyard and draws two then discards on each legendary Elf entering, fueling both mana and card flow. The primary plan is to fill the yard with Buried Alive, Ripples of Undeath and looters, then use Thranduil as a mana engine with Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Selvala and Topiary Lecturer alongside Staff of Domination for infinite mana. Secondary paths are fair Elf swarm with anthems and mass reanimation via Kindred Summons and Haunting Voyage. Hidden engine is Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, which powers both combo and explosive Elf casts.
