Commander: Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk is a two-phase engine: the front face draws cards on the battlefield, then transforms into an 8/8 trampler whose enrage creates extra combats. The deck's core plan is to assemble Caltrops, which pings an attacking Hulk, untaps him, and generates an extra combat every time the trigger resolves, producing infinite combats and lethal damage. Backup lines use extra-combat sorceries and giant green/red creatures to grind out wins. Both faces matter; the deck is built around the back face as finisher but needs the front face to reach it. It is fast when it draws the singleton combo piece, but slow and vulnerable without it.
