Yarus - Face Down by Deelaun

Format: Commander

Commander: Yarus, Roar of the Old Gods

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Yarus, Roar of the Old Gods leads a red-green face-down deck that combines morph, disguise, and manifest to build a wide board while drawing cards through combat. The primary plan is to deploy cheap face-down creatures with cost reducers, attack with haste thanks to Yarus, then turn permanents face up for value. Secondary paths include mass manifestation (Whisperwood Elemental, Hide in Plain Sight) and a two-card infinite damage loop with Ashcloud Phoenix and Goblin Bombardment. Sneak Attack cheats large finishers. There is no hidden commander; Yarus is the engine for card draw, haste, and recursion.
