thranduil by HexArcanum

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Sultai Elves combo deck that turns Thranduil, the Elvenking into a living graveyard-ability engine. The primary line fills the graveyard with Elf mana dorks and untap pieces, then uses Umbral Mantle or Staff of Domination to loop infinite mana and finish through Walking Ballista or Exsanguinate. Thranduil also draws two cards whenever another legendary Elf enters, which keeps the hand full while stocking the bin. Necrotic Ooze and Marvin, Murderous Mimic act as hidden backup copies of Thranduil's ability-graft. Secondary beats come from Tyvar pumps and Lathril tokens, but most games end with a mana loop, not combat.
