More Combos Than Dollars by ScrootyMcCracken

Format: Commander

Commander: Bartolomé del Presidio

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Bartolome del Presidio is a self-mill reanimator deck that uses the commander as a repeatable sacrifice outlet. It fills the graveyard with cheap mill creatures, then reanimates value permanents while sacrificing them to trigger death payoffs such as Bastion of Remembrance, Zulaport Cutthroat, Agent of the Iron Throne, Marionette Apprentice, and Ninja Teen. Bartolome also grows into an unblockable voltron finish through Rogue's Passage. There is no compact infinite; games are won through repeated end-step recursion loops. Throne of the Grim Captain is mainly a mill tool and cannot realistically transform because the required creature types are absent, so it is not a hidden commander.
