Katara, Master Waterbender by ThornyAMILLION

Format: Commander

Commander: Katara, Waterbending Master

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck is built around Katara, Waterbending Master as its primary card-advantage engine. It banks experience counters by casting flash/instant spells on opponents' turns, then converts Katara's attacks into looted card advantage. Permission spells, mass bounce, and flash creatures keep the table neutralizing while the deck assembles extra-turn chains and evasive finishers. Since there is no compact combo, it wins through repeated extra combat steps, with Jace, Laboratory Maniac, and Thassa's Oracle as alternate win conditions once the draw engine has thinned the library. No double-faced or hidden commander exists.
