This deck is a mono-blue artifact synergy build commanded by Sai, Master Thopterist. The strategy accelerates on turns 1–3 with low-cost mana rocks and cost reducers like Etherium Sculptor and Arcane Signet. Sai enters on turn 3 or 4 to transform every subsequent artifact spell into 1/1 flying Thopter tokens. These tokens fuel recurring card draw through Sai’s sacrifice ability and combat triggers from Research Thief and Reconnaissance Mission.
