Deck overview

This deck is a competitive Mono-Black Turbo Combo deck built around K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth. K'rrik converts every black mana symbol in costs into two life, turning life into an explosive mana engine. Powered by fast mana artifacts and dark rituals, the deck aims to cast K'rrik on Turn 1 or Turn 2 and immediately pivot into game-winning sequences. It leverages efficient entomb effects and reanimation spells to deploy massive enablers like Hoarding Broodlord, Necrotic Ooze, and Vilis, Broker of Blood. Win conditions include storming off into Aetherflux Reservoir to deal 50 damage to each opponent, looping Gray Merchant of Asphodel with Chainer, Dementia Master, or activating Asmodeus the Archfiend through Necrotic Ooze. High-impact hate pieces like Opposition Agent and Vexing Bauble protect the win turn against competitive interaction.
