Yuriko by Cains

Format: Commander

Commander: Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is the deck's only commander and its primary drain engine. There is no hidden double-faced commander; Satoru Umezawa acts as a secondary value engine. The list plays a swarm of unblockable one-drops and cheap Ninjas, using Yuriko's commander ninjutsu to enter tapped and attacking on turn 2 and triggering her reveal-and-drain ability from the command zone without casting tax. Secondary lines use Satoru Umezawa to grant universal ninjutsu, extra-turn spells to repeat combats, and Nanogene Conversion to turn every attacker into a nonlegendary Yuriko for a burst of triggers. Without a fast infinite combo, the deck wins by accumulating MV-based life loss across several attack steps.
