Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking turns self-mill into mana by borrowing every activated ability of Elf cards in the graveyard; the deck fills the yard with Elves like Incubation Druid, Gyre Sage, and Woodland Weavemaster, then activates Thranduil for huge bursts. A parallel +1/+1 counter theme (landfall, Evolve, proliferate, and counter doublers) powers Scurry Oak and mana dorks. The primary finishers are the Ivy Lane Denizen + Scurry Oak infinite Squirrel loop and the Freed from the Real + Incubation Druid infinite-mana line into Walking Ballista. Thranduil, Sindarin Liege is a supporting legend rather than a hidden commander; its Silvan Rally adventure mills lands and its creature half contributes Elf tokens and landfall triggers.
