This is a Azorius "draw your second card" value deck helmed by Bard the Bowman, who converts each second-draw trigger into a +1/+1 counter and lifelink on a creature. The deck layers two interlocking engines: a dense "draw second card" payoff suite (Prince Imrahil the Fair, Mischievous Mystic, Knights of Dol Amroth, Lakeshore Apothecary) and a "recruit" package that churns 1/1 Soldier tokens while looting (The Queen of Dale, Bard's Company, Great Gilded Boat). Bard, King of Dale is the hidden linchpin, doubling both draws and token production.
