Kambal, Tax and Tokens by Uhmaze

Deck overview

This is an Orzhov tokens-and-drain deck helmed by Kambal, Profiteering Mayor. The plan floods the board with creature tokens, multiplies them with doublers, and converts every ETB, death, and sacrifice into table-wide life loss through a dense aristocrats package. Kambal, Profiteering Mayor accelerates the drain (each token wave pings the table) and opportunistically copies opponents' tokens, but the 99 already carries redundant drain engines and token producers, so the deck does not collapse without him. Primary wins come from accumulated drain plus wide combat; secondary paths include Grave Pact edict locks, The Meathook Massacre sweeps that also drain, and oversized token turns off Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, Exalted Sunborn, or Elspeth, Storm Slayer. Interaction is heavy on protection, fogs, and turn-silence effects that let the drain engine resolve unhindered.
