Deck overview

This is a mono-green Bear tribal stompy deck helmed by Beorn the Fierce. The plan is straightforward midrange: ramp hard, cast Beorn, convert the board into Bears via his combat trigger (and type-fixers like Maskwood Nexus and Xenograft), then overwhelm the table with anthem-backed combat. Beorn is both a 6/6 trampler and a card-advantage engine-once three Bears are present he draws two cards every combat-while his static +2/+2 turns every Bear into a real threat. The deck leans on classic green ramp, power-matter draw (Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, Beast Whisperer), lord/anthem effects (Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Door of Destinies, Vanquisher's Banner), and finishers like Overwhelming Stampede and Pathbreaker Ibex. There are no infinite combos; wins come from trampling combat damage, often after a single decisive overrun turn.
