Buttman

Format: Commander

Commander: Eluge, the Shoreless Sea

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Eluge, the Shoreless Sea is a mono-blue control deck that turns flood counters into massive discounts on the first instant or sorcery each turn. The primary plan is to slow the table with counters, bounce, and light stax, then use Eluge's discount to chain draw spells into Psychosis Crawler, draining all opponents. Secondary paths are mill (Brain Freeze, Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Jace, Jidoor Overture, The Mindskinner) and token beats (Ominous Seas, Homunculus Horde, Talrand's Invocation, Namor). The commander is the mana engine and a potential huge beater; Fblthp, Lost on the Range acts as a hidden commander by turning the top of the library into a second hand via plot. No infinite combo is present.
