Magus Lucea Kane by Griimdaark_mtg

Format: Commander

Commander: Magus Lucea Kane

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Magus Lucea Kane is a mana-and-copy engine that fuels a Tyranid/Hydra X-spell deck. The primary plan is to accelerate into the commander, amplify one or two huge {X} creatures with copy and counter-doubling effects, and finish with either a replicated Exocrine burning the table or a hasty Winged Hive Tyrant convention. Unbound Flourishing, Owlin Spiralmancer, and Doubling Season are force multipliers; Sporocyst and Hydroid Krasis provide ramp and gas. The hidden commander is effectively Exocrine, since it is the only card that can hit all opponents at once. Without it, the deck falls back on big trampling hydras and flying tokens.
