Whtz, the Bibliophile turns deck size into a strategy: because the starting deck exceeds 200 cards, its tap ability costs no mana and draws a card each turn, while also making Battle of Wits a live win condition. The primary plan is to use a dense tutor package (Enlightened Tutor, Idyllic Tutor, Long-Term Plans, Academy Rector) to find Battle of Wits, protect it with 27 counterspells and mass phase-out effects, and win on the next upkeep. Backup plans are minimal: Tezzeret planeswalkers and artifact creatures can apply pressure but are not realistic kill conditions. The deck is a linear, stack-protected tutor composition with a single finisher and a large self-mill clock.
