This is a Dimir self-mill and graveyard-value deck helmed by Emet-Selch, Unsundered, who loots on entry and attack before transforming into Hades, Sorcerer of Eld - a Yawgmoth's Will effect that lets the deck play cards from its graveyard during its turn.
