Deck overview

This Rin and Seri, Inseparable deck is a synergistic Naya tribal aggro and token swarm build focused on Cats, Dogs, and Ajani planeswalkers. The strategy centers on casting low-cost tribal creatures to trigger Rin and Seri, rapidly generating an army of Cat and Dog tokens that simultaneously fuel the commander's activated burn and lifegain ability. The deck transitions into a lethal game state around Turn 6 by utilizing wide-board combat multipliers like Beastmaster Ascension, Jazal Goldmane, and Return of the Wildspeaker, or through the alternate win condition of Felidar Sovereign. The list features powerful asymmetric utility pieces, notably Aura Shards for artifact and enchantment suppression and Marisi, Breaker of the Coil for combat control. Because the deck runs 39 basic lands and zero generic creature tutors, it relies on natural draw engines like Beast Whisperer and Garruk's Uprising. Protective spells like Flawless Maneuver defend against sweepers, ensuring steady pressure.
