Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green token stompy strategy centered on The Cabbage Merchant. It generates large quantities of Food tokens whenever opponents cast noncreature spells and through dedicated token creators like Peregrin Took, Academy Manufactor, and Killer Service. The deck converts these artifact tokens into large amounts of mana using The Cabbage Merchant, Jaheira, Friend of the Forest, and Night of the Sweets' Revenge. With substantial mana available, the deck deploys game-ending overrun payoffs such as Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, Displaced Dinosaurs, and Rampage of the Clans to overwhelm opponents with combat damage. It features strong permanent protection with Heroic Intervention and efficient card draw through lifegain and sacrifice synergies.
