Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Orzhov Ninja tribal deck commander by Dark Leo & Shredder. The game plan deploys low-cost, evasive creatures on the first two turns to enable sneak and ninjutsu mechanics. Once Dark Leo & Shredder enters combat, every unblocked hit creates 1/1 black Ninja creature tokens. The deck rapidly scales toward a threshold of five Ninjas. Reaching this count activates the commander's ability to halve an opponent's life total upon combat damage while granting all attacking Ninjas deathtouch. Supported by mass token producers like The Last Ronin's Technique and team anthems like Splinter, Hamato Yoshi, the deck steadily chips down and executes opponents one by one. A rich suite of instant-speed protection spells defends the battlefield against sweepers, while recursion cards such as Bloodline Bidding and Victimize provide recovery after opposing interaction.
