Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal strategy commanded by Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. Its game plan focuses on deploying early ramp during turns 1 through 3 to cast Miirym ahead of curve on turn 4 or 5. Once the commander is established, casting large Dragon threats produces nonlegendary token copies of each Dragon, triggering explosive enter-the-battlefield abilities and doubling combat stats. Enablers like Dragon Tempest, Terror of the Peaks, and Scourge of Valkas convert these duplicated dragons into lethal direct damage, while Atarka, World Render and Thrakkus the Butcher double combat power to close out the game quickly.
