Deck overview

This deck is a high-power toolbox combo strategy helmed by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary plan leverages rapid 5-color acceleration from 1-drop mana dorks and scaling creatures like Bloom Tender to deploy Sisay and quickly raise her power. Once Sisay can access WUBRG mana on turn 4, she searches out combo engines directly from the library onto the battlefield. The main win condition uses Emiel the Blessed and Derevi, Empyrial Tactician alongside a multi-mana permanent to generate infinite mana, allowing Sisay to tutor all legendary permanents from the deck. The deck then finishes the game on the same turn using Samut, Voice of Dissent for haste and Shalai, Voice of Plenty to pump the board to lethal power. The list also includes formidable stax and protection pieces such as Teferi, Time Raveler, Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar, and High Noon, which safeguard combo lines while crippling opposing interaction.
