Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis run a group-draw shell that turns every opponent's extra card into either a card, a Treasure, or a draw step for the pilot. The primary win is the two-card Niv-Mizzet combo: once both Niv-Mizzet, Visionary and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind are on the battlefield, any draw (usually the commander's own end-step trigger) spirals into infinite damage. Secondary paths use Bard, King of Dale with Smothering Tithe and Gleaming Splendor to multiply tokens and dig with Fountainport, then win with Laboratory Maniac or Jace if the library empties. The commander's role is a mana, land, and card engine rather than the finisher; the hidden commander is effectively the Niv-Mizzet pair.
