Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Dimir aggro-burn strategy led by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The primary game plan deploys low-cost evasive creatures on Turn 1 to enable Turn 2 Commander Ninjutsu, bypassing commander tax and immediately generating card advantage. The deck capitalizes on Yuriko's triggered ability by manipulating the top of the library with cards like Brainstorm, Scroll Rack, Vampiric Tutor, and Lim-Dûl's Vault to reveal massive mana-value spells such as Time Stretch, Curse of the Cabal, and Artisan of Kozilek. This deals symmetric, non-combat life loss to all three opponents simultaneously while drawing key cards. Backed by cheap counterspells, redirection effects, and secondary ninjas or clones, the deck applies relentless table-wide pressure, creating a must-answer board state by Turn 4 and threatening a complete table finish by Turn 5.
