Deck overview

Mono-blue spellslinger/control deck built around Eluge, the Shoreless Sea. The primary plan is to place flood counters on Islands, then use Eluge's cost reduction to chain High Tide, draw spells, and extra-turn effects into a Laboratory Maniac/Jace draw-out or a token swarm from Talrand, Shark Typhoon, and Metallurgic Summonings. Spark Double and the Sakashimas serve as secondary Eluges, multiplying flood counters and discounts. The deck is deliberately countermagic-heavy, with bounce and flicker as protection. There is no true hidden commander; the clones function as accelerants rather than a separate engine. Eluge is the linchpin, but the deck can still pivot to a draw-go control strategy and win with tokens if it is answered.
