Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Damage Reflection strategy commanded by Zinnia, Valley's Voice. The primary game plan revolves around deploying creatures with damage-redirection abilities, commonly known as spite creatures, such as Boros Reckoner, Spitemare, Phyrexian Vindicator, and Brash Taunter. Zinnia, Valley's Voice grants these creature spells offspring {2}, allowing the deck to create token copies and quickly multiply the number of damage reflectors in play. Once a critical mass of spite creatures is assembled, the deck casts high-damage symmetrical sweepers like Blasphemous Act or damage-sharing spells like Arcbond to redirect lethal bursts of damage directly at opponents. Additionally, the deck features a compact infinite combo between Brash Taunter and Blazing Sunsteel that deals unbounded damage to the table. A suite of sacrificial protection creatures and reactive damage-prevention spells keeps the board secure until the decisive turn.
