Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking is the draw engine and the primary combo piece in a Sultai Elfball shell. The deck accelerates with one-mana Elves, then uses Thranduil's draw-two trigger whenever another legendary Elf enters to pitch mana Elves such as Priest of Titania and Devoted Druid to the graveyard. With those abilities copied by Thranduil, a modest board of Elves becomes infinite mana through Staff of Domination, finished by Walking Ballista or Torment of Hailfire. Craterhoof Behemoth, Ezuri, and an Elf-token beatdown remain the fallback. There is no double-faced commander; the Adventure Thranduil in the 99 is a supporting token/value piece, not a hidden plan.
