You Don't Know (Elf)Ball by user3632179

Format: Commander

Commander: Lathril, Blade of the Elves

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lathril is an explosive Golgari Elfball deck. The primary plan is to deploy one- and two-drop Elf mana dorks, run out Lathril early, and turn a wide board into life loss through her ten-Elf activated ability, Shaman of the Pack, Throne of the God-Pharaoh, and mass-pump attacks with Ezuri or Overwhelming Stampede. Secondary paths include grinding with Leaf-Crowned Visionary and Beast Whisperer, then closing with an overrun. The commander is the most efficient repeatable drain and token engine, but the deck does not depend on her to function. The listed removal is solid for a creature deck, though the lack of counterspells leaves it weak to stack-based combos and one-sided wraths.
