Deck overview

This deck is a Bant midrange strategy blending Frog tribal flavor with scalable +1/+1 counter and X-spell synergies under Helga, Skittish Seer. Helga functions as both the primary card draw engine and a scalable mana generator, rewarding the deck for casting creature spells with mana value 4 or greater by cantripping, gaining life, and growing her power. The list maximizes this trigger by employing a dense suite of flexible X-cost creatures, which can be cast with X=3 or greater to satisfy Helga's condition at every phase of the game. Once Helga ramps in power, she accelerates massive threats such as Jacked Rabbit, Benevolent Hydra, and Galloping Lizrog. Combat lethality is secured across turns 6 through 8 via sheer board presence and asymmetric evasion tools like Raise the Palisade. While resilient to single-target disruption due to raw card flow, the deck intentionally foregoes competitive fast mana and countermagic in favor of cohesive amphibian thematic depth.
