Deck overview

This Boros deck is helmed by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, combining a focused Dwarf tribal shell with aggressive artifact and Treasure token production. The strategy curves out with low-cost Dwarf warriors, tool-fetchers, and Equipment before deploying Thorin to exponentially buff the entire team based on the number of artifact tokens in play. The deck scales quickly through cards like Magda, Brazen Outlaw, Academy Manufactor, and Goldspan Dragon, converting Treasure generation into immense combat damage. Backup burn triggers from Dáin of the Ancient Halls and Smaug the Magnificent ensure reach against gummed-up ground boards, while defensive staples like Boros Charm preserve the critical mass necessary to sweep the table.
