Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is a dedicated kindred strategy commanded by Raphael, Fiendish Savior, designed to harness Demons, Devils, Imps, and Tieflings. The game plan focuses on deploying cost reducers and mana rocks to land Raphael alongside potent kindred beaters. Raphael grants the entire tribe +1/+1 and lifelink while steadily generating 1/1 Devil tokens whenever creatures enter your graveyard. The deck leverages high-impact threats like Balor, Overseer of the Damned, and Karlach, Fury of Avernus to dominate combat, while cards like Demonic Covenant and Liliana's Contract provide burst card draw and alternate win conditions. While resilient against attrition thanks to recursive tools like Phyrexian Reclamation and Victimize, the deck operates at sorcery speed and remains vulnerable to well-timed board sweepers and targeted removal.
