Format: Commander

Commander: Loki, the Deceiver

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Loki, the Deceiver is a Villain-tribal beatdown commander whose attack trigger creates disposable copies of your best Villain, while the second ability turns combat damage into card draw. The deck plans to develop a Villain board, use connive and discard synergies (Baron Strucker, Leader, Super-Genius, Currency Converter) to churn through cards, and convert that fuel into Plan payoffs or a large copy swarm. Secondary wins come from Plan enchantments, drain effects, and token recursion. The hidden commander is Loki, Lord of Misrule, who can turn the whole board into copies of a single Villain and magnify the same token-copy plan. Speed is moderate: the deck does not combo and needs several combat steps.
