Feather, the Redeemed is the engine of a RW heroic/spellslinger deck that wins by chaining cheap one-mana instants. Each turn, Feather returns spells like Defiant Strike and Expedite to hand while Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Ashling, Flame Dancer convert every cast into global damage. The primary line is an all-opponent burn loop; secondary paths use Zada, Hedron Grinder as a hidden commander to mass-copy cantrips, or pivot to Dragon tokens from Rite of the Dragoncaller and attacks from Goldspan Dragon. The deck is built entirely around Feather's single face, with no alternate commander face. Dense protection and instant-speed interaction keep the engine alive through wipes and spot removal.
