Rafiq Commander damage by Shendo

Format: Commander

Commander: Rafiq of the Many

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a focused Bant exalted/aura-equipment voltron deck built around Rafiq of the Many. The plan is to ramp into Rafiq, suit him with unblockable Auras and Equipment, and use his double-strike trigger plus a stack of exalted triggers to eliminate players one at a time with 21 commander damage. Finest Hour adds a second combat step, and Grafted Exoskeleton converts every double-strike hit into a poison kill, giving the deck two genuine combat finishers. The supporting enchantress shell - Sram, Senior Edificer, Sythis, Harvest's Hand, Kor Spiritdancer, Setessan Champion - keeps the hand full, while Galea, Kindler of Hope and Sovereigns of Lost Alara act as backup engines if Rafiq is answered. Protection is unusually deep, with phase-out effects, indestructible, hexproof, and shroud ensuring the lone attacker survives long enough to close out the pod.
