This deck is a competitive Azorius stax-combo list led by Willie Lumpkin, Postman. It slows down faster opponents using targeted stax pieces like Drannith Magistrate, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, Winter Orb, and Rule of Law, while breaking parity through its artifact mana base. Once control is established, the deck rapidly searches for and executes an infinite mana loop via Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal, or Hullbreaker Horror.
