Deck overview

Grixis Sauron, the Dark Lord Amass is a midrange-tempo deck that turns every opponent spell into an Orc Army. Its primary plan is to deploy amass enablers, grow a single enormous Army, and finish with evasive double-strike attacks. Secondary paths include Saruman the White Hand as an alternative amass engine, Sauron, Lord of the Rings as a value finisher, and One Ring to Rule Them All plus graveyard-mill drain. The commander's discard-hand-to-draw-four trigger refuels when the Army connects and lets the deck discard Anger for haste. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built to use Sauron, the Dark Lord's free amass and draw engine, with backup legends reinforcing the same plan.
