Commander: Teval, the Balanced Scale

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Sultai self-mill/graveyard combo deck built around Teval, the Balanced Scale as a value engine rather than a required piece. Teval's attack trigger fills the graveyard, returns lands from the bin, and every card that *leaves* the graveyard creates a 2/2 Zombie Druid, so the deck is built to chain self-mill effects into recursion loops. The primary wins are library-emptying Thassa's Oracle lines using Tainted Pact or Hermit Druid - the deck deliberately runs no basic lands, making both true "empty the library" effects - plus the Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar infinite loop with Syr Konrad, the Grim or Zulaport Cutthroat. A secondary combat axis uses the Zombie tokens generated by Teval and Sidisi, Brood Tyrant to fuel Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation. Hidden commanders in the 99 - Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Kotis, Sibsig Champion, and Six - keep the plan running even if Teval is repeatedly answered.
