Doctor doctor by Mahbs

Format: Commander

Commander: Aragorn, the Uniter

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a four-color (WURG) saga-themed value pile helmed by Aragorn, the Uniter, using his color-triggered abilities to generate tokens, scry, burn, and pump. The 99 is built around the Doctor Who universe, packing a high density of legendary Doctors, sagas, and time-counter/suspend mechanics. The primary game plan is to deploy Aragorn early, then chain historic spells (Doctors, artifacts, sagas) to trigger his abilities while accumulating incremental advantage. The deck's win conditions are a slow combat grind - often with Herald of Secret Streams making creatures unblockable - and the alternate victory from Gallifrey Stands if you can assemble thirteen Doctors. Extra turns (Regenerations Restored) and time-travel manipulation (The Tenth Doctor, Wibbly-wobbly, Timey-wimey) provide the long-game inevitability. The deck is deliberately durdly, relying on value over speed.
