Deck overview

Saruman, the White Hand commands a Grixis spellslinger strategy centered on assembling a single, massive Orc Army token whenever you cast noncreature spells. The deck combines efficient cantrips, cost reducers, ritual mana acceleration, and trigger doublers like Veyran to rapidly inflate the Army's power. Primary win conditions pivot between devastating table-wide burn spells-such as Chandra's Ignition, All Will Be One, and Essence Harvest-and lethal unblockable combat strikes enabled by The Black Gate and Temur Battle Rage. Supported by a dense suite of countermagic, targeted deflection, and The Ozolith for counter retention, the deck tightly controls the stack while preparing an explosive finishing turn.
