Commander: Ashling, the Limitless

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Ashling, the Limitless is a five-color Elemental value-and-token deck. Her granted evoke {4} lets every Elemental in hand be cast cheaply, and her sacrifice trigger replaces each sacrificed nontoken Elemental with a hasty token copy, doubling every enters-the-battlefield effect. The primary plan is to chain evoke Elementals such as Mulldrifter, Risen Reef, and Cavalier of Flame into card advantage and a temporary token army, then close with Cavalier of Flame pump attacks, Omnath death-trigger damage, or a Maelstrom Wanderer cascade turn. Secondary lines use Mana Echoes and Ashnod's Altar to convert token sacrifices into large mana, with Animar, Soul of Elements acting as a hidden cost-reduction engine. The commander is the engine; without her the deck plays as slower Elemental good-stuff.
