Kenrith Power Up by VitorHansen

Format: Commander

Commander: Kenrith, the Returned King

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color midrange value deck helmed by Kenrith, the Returned King that leverages a dense suite of Marvel-themed Hero and Villain creatures with one-shot Power-up abilities. The core plan deploys cheap legendary bodies, multiplies their +1/+1 counters via Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Doubling Season, and Doc Samson, Super Psychiatrist, then resets the once-per-game Power-ups through a deep flicker package (Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Conjurer's Closet, Teleportation Circle, Ephemerate). Kenrith, the Returned King acts as a flexible mana sink for card draw, reanimation, haste/trample, and incremental counters. Primary wins come from overwhelming combat damage, often accelerated by Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk's extra-combat enrage trigger or Wonder Man, Hollywood Hero enabling repeated Power-ups. Secondary paths include Thanos, the Mad Titan's selective board wipe and value loops from repeated ETBs. The deck plays as a resilient, synergistic midrange engine rather than a combo deck.
