Deck overview

This competitive deck uses Plagon, Lord of the Beach as a card advantage engine in the command zone. By combining zero-mana, high-toughness creatures like Shield Sphere and Phyrexian Walker with Plagon's enter-the-battlefield trigger, the deck draws three to four cards for only three mana. Dense fast mana accelerates this setup into an early combo attempt on Turn 3. The primary win condition relies on Displacer Kitten paired with Teferi, Time Raveler or Hullbreaker Horror to generate infinite mana and draw the entire library, finishing the table immediately with Blind Obedience extort triggers or Altar of the Brood milling. The deck protects its combo turns using absolute silence effects such as Grand Abolisher, Ranger-Captain of Eos, and Silence, while disrupting opponents early with Drannith Magistrate and Soulless Jailer. It balances blisteringly fast assembly with resilient backup lines and deep interaction.
