Deck overview

This deck is an explosive mono-blue combo and big-mana control strategy commanded by Yue, the Moon Spirit. Yue turns any board of artifacts and creatures into mana to waterbend game-ending noncreature spells directly from hand for free. Leveraging format-ceiling fast mana including Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, and Mana Vault, the deck rapidly deploys Yue on Turn 2 and activates Waterbend on Turn 3. Cheating monumental bombs such as Omniscience, Time Stretch, Aminatou's Augury, or Portal to Phyrexia creates immediate decisive advantage. The primary victory condition transitions from Omniscience or an assembled Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal loop into drawing the library and winning with Thassa's Oracle. Backed by free countermagic like Fierce Guardianship and Force of Will, disruptive stax pieces like Harbinger of the Seas, and deep card draw via The One Ring, the deck exerts overwhelming velocity and control.
