Gal Pals by vanyakwame

Format: Commander

Commander: Siona, Captain of the Pyleas

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Siona, Captain of the Pyleas leads a GW Aura-token deck that wins by going wide or looping infinite tokens and life. Siona digs for Auras and makes a 1/1 Human each time an Aura attaches, quickly building a board with anthems like Intangible Virtue and Valor in Akros. The deck also runs multiple two- and three-card infinite combos: Siona plus Shielded by Faith for infinite Humans, Presence of Gond plus an untapper like Midnight Guard or Famished Paladin plus a soul sister, and counter loops with Scurry Oak, Herd Baloth, or Basking Broodscale plus lifegain payoffs. Light-Paws acts as a hidden Aura tutor chain. You normally set up ramp, deploy Siona, tutor the missing Aura, then combo or swarm.
