Commander: Ygra, Eater of All

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ygra, Eater of All turns every creature into a Food artifact, making this a Golgari Food/aristocrats deck. The primary plan is to flood the board with Squirrel, Rat, Food, and Treasure tokens, then sacrifice them to trigger death drain from Blood Artist effects. Ygra both supports the engine-every Food death adds +1/+1 counters-and acts as a finisher. Secondary lines use Ashnod's Altar plus Cauldron Familiar and token-printing engines like Peregrin Took or Experimental Confectioner to create a real loop, winning through pings and a massive commander. Without Ygra the deck still has token generation and drain lines, but she speeds them up. The deck has no counterspells, so it must pressure and remove before problems resolve.
