Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spellslinger engine: every noncreature spell makes her bigger and drains each opponent, while her tap ability converts her power into red/blue mana. The deck's primary plan is to chain cheap cantrips and rituals, grow Vivi, then establish a net-zero Reiterate + Seething Song loop using Birgi, Electro, Ruby Medallion, Goblin Electromancer, or Archmage of Runes; each loop casts Reiterate, so Vivi or Guttersnipe pings everyone to death, while Brain Freeze or Aetherflux Reservoir can close instead. Veyran, Voice of Duality doubles the key magecraft triggers and acts as a hidden commander. Storm backup through Thousand-Year Storm, Prismari, and Ral's emblem, plus Underworld Breach recursion, gives the deck multiple finishing angles.
