Deck overview

This Azorius deck is an Enchantress Control build led by Kwain, Itinerant Meddler. It uses Kwain's symmetrical card draw alongside personal draw multipliers like Teferi's Ageless Insight and Dictate of Kruphix to rapidly cycle through the library. Defensive enchantments such as Propaganda, Ghostly Prison, and Asinine Antics establish a pillowfort shell that deters aggressive opponents. The deck converts its high enchantment density into a decisive win through token swarm engines like Hallowed Haunting and Archon of Sun's Grace, which generate massive flying armies. Alternatively, hand-size alternate win conditions like Triskaidekaphile and Twenty-Toed Toad provide direct non-combat paths to victory. A versatile tutor package consisting of Idyllic Tutor, Step Through, and Muddle the Mixture ensures consistent access to key pieces. While vulnerable to mass enchantment exile and non-combat combos, the deck leverages reactive countermagic, fog effects, and recursion to secure the late game.
